Mail order

Products and gift vouchers can be ordered and paid for with any major credit cards over the telephone then delivered to your door by post. We can also arrange for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered with any gift or voucher... nothing is too much trouble.

Gift wrapping

We take pleasure in wrapping your gifts with silk tissue, gift wrap, co-ordinating ribbon and gift bags. Prestige package and wrapping is available for a nominal cost.

Express Glow

If you are short of time, book the sheer luxury of two therapists tending to your needs at one time, for example, have a manicure or pedicure at the same time as enjoying your CACI treatment, or an eyelash tint whilst having your pedicure. The list is endless. The cost exactly the same.

Cancellation policy

24 hours notice of any cancellation of appointment is greatly appreciated.

Payment policy

All major credit cards accepted (except American Express). Cheques only with a valid guarantee card. All courses to be paid for in full at time of booking.

Early booking

To ensure your favourite time and therapist, bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.

Parking and directions to GLOW

There are ample parking facilities close to the salon, as shown on the maps here. If you require travel directions to us, then please call the salon, and we will be happy to help.

Children

We adore children, but we all need a little special time away from them. For their safety and to satisfy our insurance cover, we are unable to allow them in our treatment rooms.

Noise and smoking in the salon

As a courtesy to other clients in the salon, and to enable you to fully relax, we ask that you switch your mobile phone off. GLOW is a smoke free zone.

Client care

When booking an appointment please inform us if you are pregnant, or have any other condition that may affect your treatment.

You are always welcome to arrive early for appointments and leave late, so that you can benefit from some chill-out time in one of our lounges.

If you would like a particular therapist please request when booking your treatment. Refreshments are available and a light lunch is provided for those clients on pamper packages.

Prices are valid only at their respective Salons and are current as of October 2007.

We reserve the right to change our prices as required, without notice.

All personal details supplied to GLOW are kept secure and will be protected by the Data Protection Act.
